The web management contract will allow Optimal and its subsidiary companies, UK Communications Ltd and Optimal Monitoring to better engage their customers through an online marketing and data feedback loop.

The site will develop around the visitor depending on why they are visiting the site and which marketing stream they have arrived through. The site will offer Optimal better customer management and its customers an increased level of service.

Duncan Everett, Optimal's Product Development Manager said;
